Xmarx offers custom design work for anyone with ideas for a new piece. It can be done in one of two ways:

1) Send a sketch, picture or idea if your idea is used, then Xmarx will produce the model. Xmarx will own the rights to it, but you'll recieve the first casting at no charge.

2) You can hire Xmarx to make the piece. Send the idea, the piece will be produced, you'll own the master, mold and castings, and Xmarx will charge you for the work completed. Email for more details.

Xmarx was commissioned by Starquest Command to produce a Rail Station.  This piece was designed to work with the Monorail Set produced by Old Crow Models

First they sent a drawing with a brief description:

A rough design was completed.  Leaving most of the details until later to ensure that this was the direction they wanted to go

We agreed that the first design looked better on paper than in 3d.

A Second design was submitted:

The revised model was approved, and produced.  It is in full production
